RAIN RAIN DON'T GO AWAY

Another rainy day, and we are loving every drop of it.  It put a damper on our original farm plans for this weekend, but we were able to get a bit done.
More on that this week...

Rainy Day

"Let the rain kiss you.
Let the rain beat upon your head with silver liquid drops.  Let the rain sing you a lullaby."

  1. Talked to a lady in Houston the other day at my Christmas job and we were talking about the drought. Praying for more rain for you.

  2. Rain and cold weather are about the only things that get me out of the garden and working on indoor projects. It has rained here almost non-stop since late Friday night.

  3. Kelly - Thanks, we can use all the help we can get! The drought is REALLY bad down here. It's great to see rain.

Bluestem - I feel the same way, albeit in our small, mostly concrete backyard here in the city, ha. I'm sure that when I start doing the 'real stuff' outside, i.e. planting, building, planning (not necessarily in that order), I'll be the same way too. Out there as much as humanly possible.

  4. There is always enough work inside to keep one busy until it's time to work in the garden again :o)
